I've done yoga before off and on... more off than on, really. Yoga with Enjoy Breathing was a wholly different experience. It wasn't yoga as hip exercise with faux depth. Hector created a safe space to explore breath and body, self and soul. It created ripple effects of wellness in my life. For the first time in a long time I was taking care of myself and enjoying putting myself first. You really cannot pour from an empty cup and I learned to fill mine without guilt, give thanks. Hector is a beautifully open and generous spirit and I miss class like no other. Hector, come back to me!
Seriously though... I need you in my life, haha. Next year for sure? :-)
Big love and blessings, earth.

Story Play Media
When I started practicing Yoga with Hector in 2018, I was a new mother who was also birthing an early stage company, Story Play Media. With Hector as my yogi, I was able to use yoga as an essential self care tool and a means of gaining balance amidst the ups and downs of family life, creative life and entrepreneurship.
Hector played a key role in helping me reap the benefits of meditation and gave me a foundation to integrate a basic yoga practice into my personal routine. His kindness, generosity, attention and positive encouragement extends past yoga practice.
He frequently offers valuable feedback on my company's endeavours to help us improve our output. He also shares materials that broaden my learning, helping me articulate my world view and strengthen my sense of purpose.
I'd highly recommend investing in practice with Hector. His holistic service will help you shine brighter in your life. Yoga will help you be a better you so you can do your part to make a better world.

I met an extraordinary human being when I was living in Vancouver. A man. Actually, he seemed more out of this world than of this world.
He taught me to look beyond. Beyond the physical, beyond my five senses, beyond this world. He taught me how to ground myself by taking off my shoes and connecting my feet to the ground. He taught me how to connect with my ancestors. He taught me how to forgive myself. He taught me the importance of responding rather than reacting. He taught me about my Chakras.
He taught me how to breathe. He taught me how to release. He taught me the importance of being still to gain clarity and direction. He taught me techniques on how to protect my aura. He taught me the meaning of my energy, and how to preserve it rather than carelessly give it away. And he taught me ways how to hone into and unlock my own power.
I had experienced a traumatic event before moving to Vancouver and I was scared, I was traumatized and I was easily triggered. But this extraordinary human being subconsciously taught me how to let go and let God, how to be free and how to have faith in the magic of the unknown.
He was like my big brother and the respect I have for him knows no bounds.
Hector Johnson, thank you.
Also thank you for teaching me the importance of protecting my energy by covering my belly button, the gate from the spiritual to the physical from energy vampires.
